At The Pets Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thepetsdepot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including our return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
